Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. On our part, we will try to accommodate your requests as best as we can.

Are there any penalties for canceling orders?

Cancellations need to be made as soon as possible. If they are made more than 48 hours before the requested delivery date, there is a 50% cancellation fee of the total purchase price.

Order delivery policy:
We try to deliver our orders as soon as possible. However, it is best if you mention your preferred delivery timing and dates. Expect your order to reach you within 2-5 working days. 

Return Exchange Policy

• A product/item purchased from our online shop can be returned or exchanged by sending it back to our head office. 
• The customer will be responsible for shipment costs of return.
• Make sure the product you are returning/ exchange is intact.
