Refund policy

We want every jar to arrive perfect and taste the way raw honey should. Here is exactly where we stand if something goes wrong.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the parcel and the product. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice. You will not pay return shipping for our mistakes.

Opened food products

Because honey is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened jars for hygiene and safety reasons. This is standard practice for food items in Pakistan and protects every customer we ship to.

Crystallised honey is not a fault

Raw honey crystallises naturally over time - it is a sign the honey is genuine and unprocessed, not that it has spoiled. Crystallisation is therefore not grounds for a refund. Stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes to re-liquefy it. If you believe something is genuinely wrong with your honey beyond crystallisation, talk to us - we would rather look into it than argue.
