Ajwain honey - ajwain ka shehad - is one of the most distinctive honeys made in Pakistan. Our bees forage on ajwain (carom) blossom, and the result is a bold, aromatic honey with a warm, gently savoury edge that plain honey simply does not have.

A strong honey for people who want character

This is pure raw honey: unpasteurised, unfiltered and packed by our own family farm, keeping bees since 1974. Ajwain honey is traditionally one of the most sought-after varieties in Pakistan, and genuine supply is limited - most of what is sold under the name is blended. Ours comes from our own hives, harvested and bottled by us, so every jar is exactly what the label says.

Taste and texture

Amber coloured, full-bodied, with a herbal aroma and a warm finish. Noticeably stronger than acacia or wild flower honey.

How to enjoy it

Take a spoon with warm water in the morning, stir into desi totkay-style home remedies, or pair with strong chai. It also stands up well in marinades.

Available in 250g, 400g and 1kg jars, delivered across Pakistan. Free delivery on orders over Rs. 3,000.

How to use

Stir into warm (not boiling) tea or water, drizzle over toast, paratha, yoghurt or fruit, or use in marinades and dressings in place of refined sugar. For the fullest flavour and aroma, enjoy it straight from the spoon.

Storage & crystallisation

Store in a cool, dry place with the lid closed, and always use a dry spoon. Do not refrigerate.

Raw honey crystallises naturally over time - it is a sign of purity, not a fault. To re-liquefy, stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes. Never microwave it.
